The production AI platform that proves we can build yours.

LawMem.ai is our own product — designed, built, launched in Q1 2026, and operated by the FloridAI team. It gives law firms a single, reliable memory layer so their AI tools remember every prior matter, client nuance, and house standard.

The problem
Law firms are investing in AI tools, but the tools have no memory of the firm. Every query starts cold. Every associate reinvents the wheel. Every partner still carries institutional knowledge in their head — and walks out the door with it when they retire. Firms were left choosing between raw public-model output and expensive, bespoke custom builds.
The approach
We designed LawMem.ai as Memory-as-a-Service — a reliable memory layer that plugs into any AI tool a firm uses. Prior matters, client nuance, house style, internal precedent: all available to any agent or assistant that needs them, with strict access boundaries and a clean audit trail. Firms get institutional memory as a utility, not a six-month internal project.
What we delivered
Full Memory-as-a-Service platform with matter-level access control, citation-ready retrieval, and production-grade monitoring. Built in Q1 2026. Live with paying customers today. We run it, we support it, we improve it — and that day-to-day reality is what informs every recommendation we make to our consulting clients.
Why it matters for you
When we advise your board on an AI initiative, the recommendations come from a team that actually runs a production AI platform. We know what breaks. We know what bills surprise you. We know which architectures scale — and which ones implode the first time real users touch them.
